Lovely food but the wait time is so bad

If I could give half a star I would, the delivery was stated it would take an hour and its took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive after me ringing 3 times to see where it was. It was cold when arrived, chicken was dry ???? waste of money ...first time ive ordered in about 5 months and now I know why I stopped ordering 5 months ago, the place has got worse.

Wings were cold and soggy - no crispy coating at all. Drink missing which was paid for. Only thing that was nice were the chips.
