Absolutely terrible. There is a severe allergy in the house where there cannot be any chips spice. I made this very clear in the order note, yet all of the chips (and fried chicken) were covered in chips spice. The only thing that could be eaten was the burger we had ordered, and that was nowhere near enough for 3 people to eat. Out of 6 things ordered, one one could be eaten because of a failure to read the note explaining an allergy.

Chicken was nice, however nearly a third of what we ordered wasn't able to be eaten. On notes to the chef, I precisely wrote: "Please do not put chips spice on any of the chips please, there is an allergy in the house." And there was extra chips spice put on the chips, making the chips inedible to everyone in the house.

Hi Chicken George endyke. we made this order fri 15/11/24 last night. we have ordered here every week and as always the food was fantastic. However the chicken and chips meal arrived with no chips for the second time in a few weeks although I didn't contact you the first time. again we will always still be ordering as the food and service is otherwise fantastic so only a minor complaint. thanks.
