Absolutely appalling service no milkshakes received reported to online website via email who said to contact the shop the shop said rather come in for the milkshakes on another day as the machine was broken or we can add them onto your next order rang every weekend since now we’re in November milkshakes machine again still needs cleaning same excuse every time

Took 2.5hrs to arrive. Wasn't the correct food ordered. Also added a bottle of coke ver the phone in addition to my order, which the driver took cash off me for and didnt leave any drinks. Spoke to the shop a 2nd time. Was told they'd sort it but it never came. Very disappointed

If I could leave a 0 review I would, called the shop after an hour and 20 mins to be told order will be here within 20mins 40mins late having to call again to be told its now on it ways and informed ice cream machine wasn't working and need to get a refund back through the app however we used the website and no possible way to do so online tells us we need to contact the store after speaking to them twice one told they was an email address to get refund for thej to confirm unable to find second time spoke to and basically told there to busy to answer the phone to sort the issue out and its a problem for later basically to contact them back when they close within the next hour! Happy to take money but not fullful order wont be returning and will be contacting my bank for a refund.

If I could give half a star I would, the delivery was stated it would take an hour and its took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive after me ringing 3 times to see where it was. It was cold when arrived, chicken was dry ???? waste of money ...first time ive ordered in about 5 months and now I know why I stopped ordering 5 months ago, the place has got worse.
